Made to order and delivered within 7-12 working days

All mattresses and beds by Everest Beds are bespoke to your requirements. Therefore, once the payment is completed you will receive an email to confirm the exact requirements and specifications of your order. At this stage you are still able to make changes to your initial order.

Your order is then produced and deliveries are sent out accordingly. We give all our customer’s an estimated lead time of 7-12 working days (UK Mainland only). Delivery days and approximately times will be confirmed with you so you don’t miss your good nights sleep! Once the delivery date is confirmed with you, you must ensure someone is present at home to accept the delivery. A re-delivery charge of £50.00 would be applicable if you are unable to accept the delivery on the set date. Please note: All deliveries are made to the door only. Please ensure the contact number you provide is valid so the third party couriers can contact you in regards to the delivery. Unfortunately if an invalid number is presented and you miss your delivery, a £50.00 re-delivery charge will be made to the account, so please be careful when filling out our forms.

Please be aware delivery times given are only estimated and could be delayed due to traffic or adverse weather conditions. If you require a specified delivery date & time, please note this when ordering with a contact number and we will do our best to meet your delivery needs.

Defects with Delivery

Should your purchase be damaged during transit please contact us within 5 days of delivery via email at Info@everestbeds.co.uk with pictures and your order number so we can rectify the situation by sending out replacement parts. There will be no further charges for sending out replacements and this does not affect your warranty.

OUTSIDE THE UK

On request we are able to deliver to Ireland, Channel Islands and rest of the world. Deliveries to these locations may attract an appropriate delivery charge.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but in the event that you are not you are welcome to return it to us and we will refund you the amount payed less any reductions which may or may not be applicable with your product. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our business all of our products are bespoke and are made to order so there will be reductions. Please ensure that you have sufficient access to the room for the products ordered prior to placing an order. There is a 50% cancellation charge on all made-to-order items. Moreover, if the dimensions of the bed are not listed, it is your responsibility to either contact us via LiveChat (Fastest way) or to call us in regards to sizing. If you are not sure please contact us as we will be happy to help.

In order to complete a return it must be declared to us within 7 days of the purchase date and all returnable items must be in their original, unused condition free from any defects. Due to health and safety we are unable to accept returns of mattresses which have been removed from their original packaging.

Once we receive your return in its original condition we will process the return within 5 working days. The delivery fee would be deducted from original amount.
