How long until my order arrives?

We aim to deliver products within a time frame of 3-7 working days. During busy periods or sale events this could take up to 5-10 working days. Our couriers will notify you via SMS/phone call to notify you of delivery to ensure you are available.

Can I choose a delivery date?

We will always try our best to accommodate your needs, however due to bedroom furniture being a large delivery which is delivered by our designated courier we cannot guarantee specified dates, but we will try our best to meet your needs.

Can my delivery be delayed?

Yes, this is a common practice for those who want to take an advantage of a sale, or those who have not yet moved into their property. Please leave a note on the order upon checkout and get in touch with your specified dates and we shall accommodate this.

Are your Beds & Mattresses made in the UK?

Yes, we are pleased to inform you that all our products are made in house in our factory in the UK.

Is warranty included?

Will your base fit my mattress?

We use all standard sizes so that should not be a problem.
